Construction in Stainless Steel, grade 18/10 AISI-304. Radiant hot plate on support closed with 2 doors (model 4814). Radiant ht plate on roasting oven GN 2/1 (model 4815). Table-top radiant hot plate combinable with “Arial cookers” (model 4814S). Radiant hot pate models combinable with open burners. Individual trips with safety valve, maximum and minimum setting and permanent pilot light. With rectified hot plate with removable central disc of 800×700 mm total dimensions, under which is a powerful burner of 10.000 kcal/h.
