Construction in Stainless Steel, grade 18/10 AISI-304. Temperature adjustment with thermostat from 0 to +195ºC. With safety thermostat. Models of 20 litres, of 10+10 litres (independent) and of 20+20 litres (independent), both for gas and electric versions. Electric models with side tilted resistances for easy cleaning.
