After cleaning the lettuce, uniformly fill the basket of your EM 98 salad dryer and avoid overloading it (3 heads of lettuce maximum).
Plug the EM 98 salad dryer.
Firmly hold the salad dryer and push the button 2 or 3 times in a row in order to evenly distribute the lettuce in the basket.
Then hold the switch button for 1 minute maximum.
Your lettuce will be dry in 1 minute maximum.
Do not use the salad dryer for any purpose other than its intended use.
